Underage rider Grace o`Rourke was crowned Louth Hill Climb Championship on Thursday Agust 17th. Her time was actually good enough to outright win the Leinster Champs outright however as an under 16 she didn't qualify to compete in the category. Grace of Cuchulainn Cycling Club beat her team mate Ffionn Dolan by 28seconds to take the title. Third place went to Celine McPhilips another 18seconds back. Grace and Ffionn did take the Leinster medals in the U16 girls.
The mens county title saw a Drogheda one two with Sam Cleary beating out Niall Browne, both of whom are members of Drogheda Wheelers. Third place went to Tomas Mccabe.
The Leinster men's podium saw top A1 rider of Lucan Cycling Club Conn McDunphy take the win. He had 8 seconds to spare over Moynalty's Luke Smith. Third place on the podium went to Conal Scully. Cuchulainn picked up Leinster medals in the Under 14 boys with Sean Delaney being the outright winner ahead of another Cuchulainn rider Michael O`Rourke, while Adam Prendergast collected the silverin the Under 16boys,
